This notice describes how personal data of visitors and contact-form users is processed, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Data collected and purpose

The contact form collects the data you voluntarily provide: name, email, optional company name, type of need and message. This data is used exclusively to reply to your request and manage any resulting professional relationship. The legal basis is the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Cookies and third-party services

This website uses no profiling cookies and no tracking tools. Only a technical session cookie is used, required for the form's anti-spam protection, deleted when you close the browser. Fonts are hosted directly on this server: your visit generates no requests to third-party services.

Retention

Messages received are kept for the time needed to handle the request and any legal obligations, and in any case no longer than 24 months from the last contact, unless a professional relationship is established.

Your rights

You can at any time request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of processing, or object to it (artt. 15–22 GDPR) by writing to the email address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante).
